I. Overview
The water-cycle spray booth is made of stainless steel or galvanized steel, easy to clean and corrosion-resistant. The water can be recycled, and waste paint residues can be fished out and treated centrally without polluting the environment. It is a new type of environmentally friendly product. The use of water-cycle spray booths can improve the workshop working environment, enhance product quality, and reduce environmental pollution during production.
II. Principle of Water-Cycle Spray Booth:
Fresh air is sent into the pressure equalizing chamber at the top of the water-cycle spray booth body through the air conditioning air supply device. After passing through the flow equalizer and the filter layer, it is evenly sent into the chamber at an end face wind speed of 0.45m/s. From top to bottom, place the workpiece in the flow equalizing layer with a certain wind speed, so that the splashed waste paint mist is pressed into the water cyclone of the water-cycle spray booth. The water is atomized under the impact of high-speed air flow and fully mixed with the waste paint mist, so that the paint mist is attracted into the water and carried away. The air containing moisture is then separated from water and gas, and the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere through the exhaust system. The purification rate of paint mist is ≥98%. The water containing paint mist flows into the circulation pool, and after coagulation and purification (special coagulant is added to the water regularly), it is sent into the spray booth by the circulation pump for recycling. The floating paint residues are fished out regularly and then buried deeply or incinerated.
The water-cycle spray booth adopts the mode of air supply from top and air extraction from bottom, and the paint mist capture device is located at the lower part of the spray booth, which is suitable for large and medium-sized workpieces. It uses water as the medium and adopts the mode of air supply from top and air extraction from bottom, so that the paint mist and water are fully mixed at the lower part of the spray booth, which is a paint mist treatment equipment.
